Refund policy

If you are not happy with your item or a piece is damaged in transit, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that any returning items are your responsibility until they reach me I highly recommend the item to be sent signed for to obtain proof of postage of the return. if it does not reach me safely due to a returners unsecured choice of postage (not signed or tracked), that it the RESPONSIBLY of the RETURNER. The return fee is to be covered by the returner. unfortunately I cannot cover this cost unless the item was damaged before it reached you, and photographic proof is sent within 24 hours of receiving item. If an item is returned broken in situ back to me, this is the responibily of the returner and a refund cannot be issued for the now damaged goods. I RECOMMEND all return items are packed with the orginal packaging/box provided by myself.

Only when the item is received back to me SAFELY, an refund will be issued. payment can take up to 5 working days to return to original account.

The Nature of Ceramics being Handmade. FYI I’m not IKEA.

Please note, my ceramics can vary 1-2cm in size and in colour. This is due to items being handmade and using a form of material that has a mind of its own. all products are measured on listing to an ‘approx’ and colours can vary due to lighting, differnt stages of clay production and ingredient DEVELOPMENTS by manufactures. just roll with it. They are not mould made on a large scale. Covid 19

Due to the ongoing situation and current UK lockdown, shipping and delivery of items may take longer than usual. I aim to make trips to the post office when essential, therefore due to timing, number of orders or events so it may be a few days before parcels are shipped out. Please get in contact if you require an order urgently. These conditions are relevant to the current COVID-19 rules and will be re-assessed following any further changes UK government guidelines.

with all handmade ceramics, Handwash is advised, microwaves and ovens are discouraged.
